This project was a huge overhaul of 40 plus years of misplaced and incorrect data. To even think about moving it into the cloud or to another system was overwhelming. Apia was amazing at bite-sizing this project down into functional understanding pieces. They kept our entire group on task and worked with us for understanding (in somewhat layman's terms), next steps, and process needed....which was a blessing for us. There was no scope creep - what was originally agreed upon as the project cost was exactly what the project cost was (also an outrageously refreshing take from our prior IT experiences). We are now looking at phase two and phase three projects together. We look forward to building a very long term, trustworthy and hopefully fun working relationship with Apia. We could not be more pleased with our project outcome and expectations.
